Crafted from Railyard Brewing’s signature Pale Ale, this whisky was distilled at Confluence Distillery in Calgary, AB, and aged for three years in bourbon barrels sourced from Woody Creek Distillers in Basalt, Colorado. Bold notes of orange zest and deeply charred oak enhance a rich, grainy warmth, layered with molasses and brown sugar sweetness. Subtle hints of baking spices and raisin complete the finish. Perfect neat, on the rocks, or as a bold base for a classic Old Fashioned.
